Day 1: Hanoi – Ba Be – Bac Can: (L, D)
Depart at 08:00 am for Bac Can. Take a beautiful 250 km drive through the rich farmland of the Red River Delta. Enjoy Vietnamese rural life and make some photo stops on the way. Have a break for lunch. Arrive at Cho Ra – Bac Can and explore the colorful village of the Thai minority. Relax over a delicious dinner and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Ba Be Lake: (B, L, D)
After breakfast you will exercise and enjoy the morning fresh air, then get on car for 15 km to the harbor. Take a boat trip to visit the biggest and most beautiful lake in Vietnam. Visit Nang River and Puong grottoes, Dau Dang waterfall, lunch in the local minorities’ house in Dau Dang.
After lunch, Optional, continue the boat trip to visit Pac Ngoi minorities’ village of the Tay (Before going to the village, get back the harbor for taking luggage). Have dinner and overnight at Tay family in the village or get back the harbor and stay in the hotel.
Day 3: Ba Be Lake - Ha Giang: (B, L)
After breakfast, depart for Ha Giang. Enjoy stunning mountainous scenery. Visit and interact with Tay and Dao minority people. Take pictures and explore the local market. Stop for a break and have lunch in restaurant. Continue drive to Ha Giang. Check-in hotel and take a rest of day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Ha Giang - Lung Phin market - Ha Giang: (B, L, D) 
Depart in the morning for colorful Lung Phin Market, the most typical in the region. Ethnic minority people gather here to meet and trade. Enjoy lunch with the locals. Continue on to Dong Van. Explore the harsh life of the local inhabitants on this rocky mountain plateau. Return to Ha Giang and stay overnight in hotel
Day 5: Ha Giang – Hanoi: (B, L)
Depart Ha Giang in the morning for Hanoi. Enjoy Vietnamese rural life and make some photo stops on the way. Have lunch on the way, passing Tuyen Quang Province. Continue your drive and arrive in Hanoi at around 18:00. End the tour.
