Depart at 8:30 am from hotel. A 45 minutes drive passing over the Chuong Duong Bridge over the Red River will take us to the well-known Bat Trang ceramic/pottery village. Visiting around this village will show you the unique way of producing these items.

After getting a good impression of the possibilities, a practise of making clay pottery, you will follow. This will be a visible memory as your work will be baked and sent to you some days after. We continue the visit to the traditional painting village of Dong Ho. Visiting one of the most famous traditional Painting Artists, will give you more understanding of Vietnamese Art. Of course you can try to paint the picture by yourself. We come back to Hanoi for lunch then continue to the traditional silk village of Van Phuc. Our guide will explain you the process of making very fine silk with the traditional techniques. We come back to hotel by 4 pm. End of the trip.
